ReEntry Compass is a software platform operated by Evergreen Resource Solutions (DBA) of Evergreen Supply Solutions LLC. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how agency and participant information is handled.
ReEntry Compass is currently accepting pilot requests. Some platform features may still be in development. This policy is written to reflect our current website, pilot request process, and intended agency platform use.

If an agency later participates in a pilot or licensed implementation, ReEntry Compass may collect agency program data and client-related information that the agency chooses to enter into the platform. This may include participant records, employment readiness activities, referrals, case notes, task status, resume activity, interview outcomes, employment outcomes, and reporting information.
Agency records and client-related data entered into ReEntry Compass belong to the agency or organization that provides the data. ReEntry Compass does not claim ownership over agency participant records, case information, or program records.
ReEntry Compass uses agency and client-related data only to provide, support, improve, and operate the platform for the agency or organization using the service.
ReEntry Compass does not sell personal information, agency data, or client-related data. We do not sell participant information to advertisers, data brokers, employers, law enforcement agencies, or third-party marketers.

Agencies may request export or deletion of their agency data by contacting us. Requests will be reviewed and handled in a reasonable manner, subject to any legal, contractual, security, or backup-related obligations.
If an agency ends a pilot or service relationship, ReEntry Compass will work with the agency to provide reasonable access to export or delete agency-controlled records.
ReEntry Compass uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or misuse. These safeguards may include encryption in transit, access controls, database permissions, and limited internal access to information.
Internal access to agency or client-related data is limited to personnel or service providers who need access to operate, maintain, secure, or support the platform.
No internet-based service can guarantee complete security. Agencies should avoid entering unnecessary sensitive information unless it is required for their approved workflow and covered by the appropriate agreement.
ReEntry Compass may use third-party services for hosting, database storage, email, forms, analytics, scheduling, or business operations. These providers may process information only as needed to support the service.
ReEntry Compass does not authorize third-party service providers to sell agency or client-related data.
ReEntry Compass is not currently making public claims of CJIS, HIPAA, SOC 2, or FERPA certification on this website. If an agency requires a specific compliance framework, data processing agreement, business associate agreement, security review, or contractual addendum, those requirements should be raised before any pilot or production use involving sensitive data.
Agencies are responsible for determining what participant consent, notice, disclosure, or authorization is required before entering client-related information into the platform. ReEntry Compass will work with agencies to support reasonable consent, access, export, and deletion workflows where applicable.
Demo request information may be retained for business follow-up and recordkeeping. Agency platform data will be retained according to the applicable pilot agreement, service agreement, agency instructions, and legal obligations.
ReEntry Compass is intended for use by agencies, organizations, and authorized adult professionals. It is not directed to children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy as the platform develops, as services change, or as legal and contractual requirements evolve. Updates will be posted on this page.
