ReEntry Compass is a software platform operated by Evergreen Resource Solutions, a trade name (DBA) of Evergreen Supply Solutions LLC.
ReEntry Compass is currently accepting pilot partners. Certain features displayed on this website may represent pilot, planned, prototype, or demonstration functionality.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ReEntry Compass, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the website or platform.
Intended Users
ReEntry Compass is intended for government agencies, nonprofit organizations, workforce development providers, educational programs, reentry organizations, and authorized professionals supporting justice-involved individuals.
Agency Responsibility
Organizations are responsible for determining what information is entered into the platform and for obtaining any required participant consent, authorization, notice, or approval before entering participant-related information.
Organizations remain responsible for compliance with applicable laws, regulations, grant requirements, internal policies, and contractual obligations.
Ownership of Agency and Participant Data
Agency records, participant records, case notes, referrals, employment outcomes, program information, reports, and other information entered into ReEntry Compass remain the property of the agency or organization that provides the information.
ReEntry Compass does not claim ownership of agency participant records or program data.
Data Retention and Deletion
ReEntry Compass may retain information for operational, backup, security, legal, contractual, and business continuity purposes.
Agencies may request export or deletion of agency-controlled information. Requests will be reviewed and handled in a reasonable manner, subject to legal obligations, security requirements, contractual commitments, and backup-related limitations.
Business Continuity, Acquisition, or Service Closure
If ReEntry Compass is sold, acquired, merged, reorganized, or transferred, agency information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law and contractual obligations.
If ReEntry Compass ceases operations, reasonable efforts will be made to provide affected organizations with notice and an opportunity to export available agency-controlled information before service termination, subject to technical, legal, and operational limitations.
Security and Incident Response
ReEntry Compass uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or misuse.
No software platform or internet-based service can guarantee complete security.
If we become aware of a security incident affecting agency information, we will evaluate the circumstances and provide notice when appropriate based on applicable law, contractual obligations, and available information.
FERPA, HIPAA, CJIS, and Other Compliance Requirements
ReEntry Compass does not publicly represent or warrant compliance with FERPA, HIPAA, CJIS, SOC 2, or any other specific regulatory framework unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
Agencies are responsible for determining which legal, regulatory, grant, educational, privacy, or security requirements apply to their use of the platform.
Availability of Service
We may modify, suspend, restrict, improve, or discontinue portions of the website or platform at any time.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReEntry Compass, Evergreen Resource Solutions, and Evergreen Supply Solutions LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform.
Organizations remain responsible for maintaining records, reviewing reports, and making legal, operational, programmatic, and case-management decisions.
Indemnification
Organizations agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ReEntry Compass, Evergreen Resource Solutions, and Evergreen Supply Solutions LLC from claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from misuse of the platform, violation of law, or violation of participant rights.
No Legal, Clinical, or Professional Advice
ReEntry Compass provides software tools only. Nothing within the platform constitutes legal advice, clinical advice, medical advice, employment advice, or professional case-management guidance.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
